Testimonials

There are realtors who just get the sale, and there are some realtors who may go the extra mile, then there's Julie Adams, who literally immerses herself into doing everything she possibly can to, not only meet her customers needs, but she also completely takes the lead on unexpected challenges (zoning issues, engineer requirements, County regulations, deed discrepancies, easements/right of ways, neighbor disputes, and SO much more). Her knowledge, patience, guidance, resilience, and overall work ethic is nothing short of remarkable!

It would be great if every buying and selling experience resulted in a simple and pleasant transaction all around, but unfortunately, for many people you will find that you end up facing numerous infuriating and/or frustrating obstacles that you had no idea existed. Making sure that you have a realtor like Julie, who is prepared for the unexpected, is definitely a MUST!

She is kind, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, able to think outside the box, dedicated, and incredibly easy to work with. It's a tough market and there are always unforeseen challenges, so don't waste your time with the wrong realtor. We highly recommend you go with Julie Adams - you won't regret your decision!!
